Corsair or Corsair or Kingmax, 6600 or 6400

Hi, I'm in a serious doubt about what components to buy:

RAM DDR2 800Mhz 2048MB Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4
or
RAM DDR2 800Mhz 2048MB Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400
or
2x KINGMAX RAM PC-6400 1024MB DDR2 KINGMAX DDR 800 MHz

and

C2D E6600
or
C2D E6400
or
C2D E6300

?

Any advice? Prices between Corsair and Kingmax are huge, as between 6600 and 6400/6300.

I plan on overclocking a bit and I was wondering is there any difference between 6400 and 6300 and is it wise to buy 6600 and overclock or 6300/6400 and overclock?

Also, if I'm overclocking, is it wise to add almost $140 or $160 more for Corsair or I should stick with Kingmax?
