For disk encryption, I think if you mention FreeOTFE you should also mention TrueCrypt. TrueCrypt is more mature, has a much larger user base, and is adding the capabilities to encrypt user profiles with TCGINA and such. Following development of both, I think TrueCrypt if much more usable and stable.

if you have to mention BitLocker with Vista, you might as well bring up the fact that your link has the page somewhere mentioning the feature has some relation (maybe it's required, or recommended settings, etc.) with TPM 1.2 (Trusted Platform Module), which I will bluntly ask: how many people have a rig with such things? (Even if you do, I suppose those who oppose to the Legit version of windows will have it removed/disabled in an attempt to prevent M$ from the possible exploitation that they will come up with)
