no you drop it to help make the oc more stable.
it wont make you oc any higher.

It is very stable just not sure if ram is right,am i defeating the purpose with the ram se that way?where it says FSB:DRAM cpu/14 is that 4:1 ratio and if so is this not good

if you set your ram to 1.1 ratio your computer wont boot.
your ram settings are fine.

and you have a good oc btw.

Ok when i get new cooler want to try for 2.9-3.0 .How do i go about this? Raise voltages and drop ram to 200 and keep raising FSB?

pretty much.

it looks like your vlts are stock now.
if you want to go for a higher oc i would suggest rasing the vlts,
a little.

and try an keep your memory around 200
then rasie the fsb a little more.

keep an eye on your temps and good luck.

im fixing to go to bed and am going to leave you with this.

you would probably get a better oc with 2 sticks of ram
at 1t timings instead of 4 at 2t timings.

i always do
