DDR2 667 or DDR2 800

hi just want u guys to guide me which DDR memory speed should i buy. i am buying intel G965RYCK motherboard. should i buy DDR2 667 or DDR2 800. i am not going to overclock it. i am buying intel core 2 duo E6300 CPU. In dual channel DDR2 667 should be more the enough for core 2 duo cause it's bus speed is 1066. but i am not sure. thanks in advance

Then again, if you're overclocking, you should be waiting for the E4300 anyway. Then you can use DDR2-67 *and* overclock at the same time. 8)
