eVGA 7900GT 256

MSI Diamond NF4 SLI16

Current Power Supply Antec TPII 550

Thinking about picking up a 8800 GTX. Do I need to upgrade my power supply? No plans for SLI for awhile (pending not swapping out the PS).

If the current PS is insufficient please recommend one that would do SLI as well.

I would have to say no.To be on the safe side,I would get at least a 700watt or better.Although as you can see my specs are pretty good,I did just today, purchase a Thermaltake toughpower 850watt psu.I too am upgrading to dual 8800gtx's.But even one 8800 draws a large amount of juice. So given my imediate future upgrade to 1 then 2 8800gtx's,I felt it prudent to purchase this psu.Goodluck.
