how to install a spring screw cooler for 775 cpu... I noticed that there is a stopper on the screw. So, is this mean screw it 'till it stops or screw it just enough to hold it in place...

If you screw it in until it stops and the spring isn't bottomed out [Spring still has flex], then its designed to be screwed in till it stops.

If you screw it in completely and the spring is completely bottomed out then I usually screw it in all the way and then back it off a couple of turns, so the spring has flex.
