Is it possible to have it where when a user logs on to a machine his
exchange profile is already setup. This way i dont have to configure the
exchange profile in outlook every time a user logs on a different maching.

Not for the best end-user experience (like keeping others settings and
signatures)

You could create a prf-file and have that executed during logon.
Instructions on how to create a prf-file can be found in the Office Resource
Kit available as a download from Microsoft.

Dan,

Policy Maker Professional allows you to do this as pure GPO settings. You
can also configure Outlook settings, including redirection of various
supporting file paths to users' home directories, including signature files,
Outlook bar settings, etc.

If you can suffer the overhead of roaming profiles, they will accomplish the
roaming part - but they will not solve the need to actually and accurately
configure the profiles in the first place - or when thy need to be modified.

Regards,

Eric Voskuil
