Hi,

my 3870 works great but when I try to switch it on in the morning it shows
no reaction. I have to press the reset button to wake it up. Then it can be
switched on and off the whole day.
It seems, the effect apears adter a longer period of time when I don't use
the PPC.
Is this a feature (energy saving, key lock, ...) or a bug? :-)

Neither. Are any radio's on - a WiFi or bluetooth radio? that could
cause this. If not, then it could be a third party software problem.
Lastly, it could be the thing is getting old an may be having the
first signs of hardware problems. :-(
