MSI P965 Platinum LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - 134.99

So do you wand a MB with or without onboard video?

If you get one with video it will not overclock as high.

Of the MB's you list the Msi would probably be your best choice.
If you want to one up that get an Asus P5B Delux.

To keep it in perspective, you will have to keep a e4300 at ~355fsb to reach 3.2GHz.
While that should not be hard to do, it will be well worth it to spend a few extra bucks on a better MB.
