PSU Powerful enough?

If I get the new Intel 975X board and a Intel Quad core and two sticks of 1 gig ram, will my psu be enough to run it? It has 38amps on the 12 volt line. I would one day like to run CF mode and I am sure that I will never use more that the zero RAID with the two raptors. The only other thing is my sound card and 2 fans and a pump for my water cooling system.

Yes... >500 Watts should do the trick. This isn't a 4x4
