Husquvarna usb adapter cord

Solution

That's disappointing!
Is there a specific connector on the sewing machine that was made for communication and programming by a computer? Also is there available the software for computer control of the machine?

Probably don't have many computer enthusiasts into sewing machines these days.

I was at a local vacuum cleaner and sewing machine store ~ 4 months ago, and there was a Bernina representative showing embroidery and whatever else is programmed for sewing, so there must be some communication cables made.

If you could find out what the connector on the sewing machine is, possibly with all the interconnecting connector parts, you could end up with exactly what you need.

Hi there,

We know the USB plug into your computer will be Type A. The end going into the sewing machine may be different like a mini, or type B.
They don't list it on the Husqvarna web site, but here is the email and phone numbers of the software support team there.
They could give you a quick answer. Then it just a matter or ordering it from, say Amazon, for a couple dollars.
