Is there a wireless card with an external attena for my dell

Is there a wireless card that has an external attenna that I can plug into my dell notebook that is out. I went to best buy and all is an internal attenna which is not what I want. Picture it the same as a wireless card for the desktop that has an external attenna but for the laptop. Let me know
