What do "Failed to impersonate..." msgs in userenv.log mean?

What do "Failed to impersonate..." messages in userenv.log mean?

What does "RegOpenKey failed with error 2" mean

There appears to be no guide to help interpret this log.

Did you ever get any responses on this ? I'm getting the same thing,
and there aren't too many articles out there.
