startup script

sir
i am implementing a startup script in group policy
that a loacal administartor named oraadmin is created
automatically and i configured policy at user level
startup script but it is not implemneted.Now tell me i
have scipt named local.vbs should i place this file in a
specific folder and how it will be applied.

Startup scripts can only be applied via computer configuration and the computer you
want it to apply to must be within the scope on influence of the policy either
domain/OU/local. I find it easiest to just paste the script into the appropriate
folder while you are configuring the script to run. Of course any the apropriate
executeable must be on the computer [net would be]. It would be under computer
configuration/Windows settings/scripts/startup. Select "show scripts" and paste it
into that folder, then select add/browse to configure it as a startup script. ---
