I just received my Axim x50v.

It seems that whenever the unit is on stand by (or what I call off) for
more than 6 hours, it won't turn on.

I have plugged it in and it still won't turn on.

I need to perform a soft reset, it then says there was a "memory
error".

The battery then reads that it is at 0% charge.

When I have kept each of my batteries out of the unit, they do not lose
charge.

Any suggestions? I've contacted Dell service via email, but want to
feel like I am well informed to force them to replace my unit if
necessary.

Thanks.

Gerrit,
This sounds like a bad battery issue...use your
warranty.

Plain text works much better if you want to be read by others... ESPECIALLY
Pocket PCs. ;)
