Can't view network and dial up connections properties

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.group_policy (More info?)

For some reason, administrator cannot get access to the
network and dialup connections folder. I have checked
the group policy (computer and user) and everything is in
a not configured state. Any ideas?
