GPO to allow user to administer a server

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.group_policy (More info?)

I am trying to grant a non-administrator user to access a specific server
through terminal services with administrative privileges for that server
only. What do I need to look at for this? Help is appreciated.

On that server, add their domain account to the local administrators group.
