Yes, you have good memory that will run well with your CPU. I would suggest you OC at a 1:1 ratio (aka run synchronously) and get all the FSB speed you can. If you cannot get the CPU to 400FSB, then you can use a divider to speed the memory up some, depending on your MOBO and bios options.
