My uncle has a Mac and in order for it to get on the net it requires a network password. I don't know why it won't go on the net. I'm not sure what the network password exactly is, but is it the admin password to get into the router itself? Somebody please help!

Need more info.
What kind of service (ISP)? DSL. Cable, dialup?
A lot of isp require auth.
Are you going through a router?
