No, those cards are great.

The X800 for 80$ and the X700 Pro for 50$. Great price/peformance for each, aswell as added value if u can unlock the X800.

I am not a heavy gamer- mostly play Heroes of M&M 5 and The Need for Speed Carbon.
I have a X700Pro in the closet- does not do the trick.
Would consider it an emergency back-up only.
I have a X850XT PE in the closet- barely, and I mean just barely gets the job done. Would say it is the bottom or an entry level card if you want to game at all, runs pretty hot.
Just bought a X1950Pro for $200.
If you can gather up $100, do anything you can, beg, borrow, scrounge, cash in aluminum cans, bottles, whatever and get the extra $100 to get this card. Night and day difference over the X850XT, well worth $200.
