Software install demand administrativ rights

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.group_policy (More info?)

I made a GPO, user based software installation. It works fine on my machine,
but im also administrator. On the clients machines, it fails because the do
not have administrative rights. I then set the "Always install with elevated
privileges". But it still does not work. Any idears?
