I pushed out office 2000 using a GPO and now i want to upgrade to Offiec
2003. What are the correct steps on pushing out the new software so it will
update the old version of office.

Dan,

You can distribute a package using the upgrade feature. The upgrade
feature can either uninstall or remove the old version. You can
uninstall the old one. Or let it upgrade 'over' the existing one.

I hope that helps

Thanks
