Appart from the Samsung SyncMaster 955DF, which other 19" monitor offers good performance for $200 or less?

All I want for Christmas is and AMD.... Athlon XP..... A Geforce 3....

KDS? How good are they? Better than the SyncMasters? And It's got to be flat screen. Where can I get good reviews on the net?
