2gb OCZ ddr800

I have 2 questions about these chips. The first is that is how to set them to 1:1 timings. And the second is why cant i overclock my cpu over 2400mhz, is it because my ram voltage is at 1.9 and not at 2.1? The bios only gives me the options to set the voltage to auto/2.00/2.50/3.00/3.50 ect but easytuner5 gives me the option to set the volts at 2.1. My specs are as follows DS3/cor2 e6400/2gb OCZ/7950 GT
