Chip fan too slow or fail?!?!

Just booted up and got this message, at first I thought it was the cooler for my cpu it was on about but when I looked in the bios it was still spinning and keeping my cpu temp down.

Am I in danger of anything here?

I don't know what it is?

Sorry if this has nothign to do with the mobo I just thought it might be!

Ok I have an Asus A8N-e.

I built this myself and I've had no problems up until now aside from gay windows corrupting itself every 2 minutes.

What is the NB cooler?

It's alright I get what's happening now I'll just buy a new one.

I think the ram is ok and I turned off that nasty chip error message

Just waiting on a zalman heatsink to replace the fan that's broken.
