Group Policy Administrator Also have no access

I had applied a GPO with Administrators also have no
access e.g RUN, CMD etc via that article

us;278295
My comuter is in workgroup envirment. Is there anyway that
I can disable the GPO?

You should be able to access it remotely from another computer via mmc/Group
Policy snapin and then select and browse to the remote locked computer. ---

Hi

Try creating a shortcut to %windir%\system32\gpedit.msc on the desktop and
running that. Go in and edit the policy to remove the restrictions.
