I recently installed new drivers for my XFX7900GT.

now every time i boot up my pc its opens the New Hardware Found window twice. it identifies the hardware as PCI bridge device.

i have tried searching through the wizard and it says there are no better drivers than i already have and i then clicked finish.

but it hasn't gone away! its as if i've installed a new GPU every time i boot up. i'm probably being incredibly stupid here but i would really appreciate any help

boot into safe mode, uninstall drivers, reboot and try to reinstall drivers.
