mandatory profile how to?

hi,
how can i set mandatory profile to the domain users in win 2000 server and win Xp pro clients. as such i am not using roaming profile either but would like to have this feature for the users makes insane picture as their desktop prefrence.

any suggestion.

I have not done it myself but here is the link to the KB article on how to do it.

A better solution may be to use Group Policy to restrict what a user can do on their
computer. You can do that at the domain or OU level. Look under user
configuration/administrative templates/control panel/ display for your options for
