OfficeXP SP3 - GPO deployment problem

hi!

For the redeployment of administrative installation through GPO(Software Installation-officeXPSP3), is there any expiration since the last time i did a redeployment? I noticed that there're a fews that are not updated when i restart their PC. It will only apply the SP3 when i do on more time of redeployment using GPO and restart their PC immediately after that.

For PCs without OfficeXP, if there're under the OU with GPO that deloy officexp through administrative installation point, will the OfficeXP deploy on these PCs without redeploying the Officexp through the software installation of the GPO?
