When double clicking or trying to access the 'Program Files' Folder it
takes a while before accessing it. I also noticed Explorer (in that time)
takes up 99% of CPU time. This has happened with me several times before
and I 'repaired' it by making a new folder, copying all the files there,
deleting the old folder and renaming it the way I wanted. But now it's a
system folder so there's not much I can do. I already ran a few check disk
utilities, defragmented, removed _all_ unnecessary files from that folder.
No luck.

Can someone help me out here?

btw: reinstall in not an option.

Of, and another thing. If I access it by first turning on 'Folder's in
explorer (you know, the folder tree) this does not happen.
