GA-965P-DQ6 Rev 2 BIOS F9 issue !!!

Ok .. have an interesting problem here and neither Intel or Giga-Byte and answer this question !!

I have:

1 x GA-965P-DQ6 Rev 2 w/Main F9 - Backup F8
1 x Intel Core 2 Extreme X6800
2 x Corsair Dominator PC2-8500
2 x ATI X1950XTX
2 x WD Raptor 150GB HDD
1 x ThermalTake 750W PS

Operating System - Windows VISTA Ultimate (RTM not Beta or RC)

Now .. I have CPU-Z v1.38 (latest) check out the processor information and tell me what you think is the problem .. the processor or the motherboard ??



Processor Name : Intel Core 2 Duo E6800 !!!!
Specification : Genuine Intel(R) CPU @ 2.93GHz (ES)

Something is not right here .. which one is reporting the wrong information ?
