I' ve been doing a lot of researching and this is what i have so far. I think it's a good start but any help would be very much appreciated. This is all from newegg.com too.
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD3200KS 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM x2= $89.99 EACH http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E1682...
While the case has many large fans particularly the 25cm, I'd be concerned about dust. The more cfm, the more dust. Dust sticks to the heatsinks & contributes to heating. I don't know how many decades it takes before someone comes up with a case fitted with an electric dust filtering system. Extreme? Not really. There are cases with ACs already.
From the newegg 8800gtx specs, the card needs:
Minimum of a 450 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 28 Amps.)
I don't see a power supply on the list. I suggest getting a brand name one like OCZ. Or look at our signatures to see what brands of psu's are popular.
As for the hard disk, how about Seagate 7200.10 any size?
