Is it possible to transfer a local XP policy to a domain GPO

| I have been chasing around trying to work out if I can somehow export
| policy settings from a local XP prof PC and import them into a 2000 (
| or 2003 ) domain policy.

| As far as I can see I can use SCAT to create an INF template or
| security database, but GPMC requires XML ADM and POL files to import
| policy.

| Is there any way of doing this ?
