Sponsored link on site appearing in French??

I'm from Australia and been using this site for years - never once have I seen a non-English ad, yet today I get a French ad for Microsoft Skydrive:

The Mitsubishi ad at the top of the site is Australian/English, yet the Microsoft one is not? Is this happening for anyone else? Any ideas?
