8800 GTS - How Do You Reset The Control Panel?

I've fiddled with the advanced settings in the Nvidia Ntune graphics control panel and now Quake 4 is unplayable and the jaggies have returned on Dawn of War. Is there a way to revert the settings back to their defaults? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also would anyone know why Q4 wont run 16x AA? It just crashes and resets the settings to 'safe settings'.

I guess it's not the most high-tech reply, but it'll only take a few minutes to uninstall/reinstall it won't it?
