On a workstation that is not working at a command prompt type Set L

This should return the logon server (DC) that the user logged onto.

From this information go to the domain controller and at a command prompt
and type Net Share
Make sure that Sysvol and Netlogon are shared out.

Fix the problem with FRS on the Domain Controller. More then likely you do
not have enough free disk space on the volume where sysvol is at, or the
server is in Journal Wrap.

If sysvol and Netlogon are shared out, then you will need to know the GUID
for the Group Policy, once you know this you can check for Morphed folders.
If you do have morphs for the Group Policy on the DC then you will need to
fix this.

Fix the problem with FRS on the Domain Controller.
