Help! $800 computer budget. Open to all suggestions.

Basically... my goal is to create an $800 computer that will preform decently for a few years. little gaming, I don't need anything like 60fps on F.E.A.R with high settings. I will probably do a little overclocking as well... nothing major.

I would also like it to be upgradable if possible.

So far the only thing I know I want is a E6300 Core 2 Duo. I am looking at a GIGABYTE 965P-DS3 motherboard right now, but that could change as well.

Any suggestions?
