Nothing is "wrong" All will work.
The RAM is good, sorry, I didn't read it correctly.
The PSU is also good, well 600w from a lesser brand is not enough.
Get a better PSU if you want to add more / hungry devices later.
Also, might want to upgrade the DVD burner, if it's not DL.
Your CPU might be "too" good. A E6400 might be good enough if you. Then with the $100 saved, get a quad core later or a killer CPU heat-sink.
Confused enough?
I can help more if I know what this is used for..
Actually, you are helping out a lot. I thought OCz was a good PSU? Please recommend a few you think would work better?
I am also reading problems with OCZ ram working with some of these mother boards so maybe I should pick another brand?
I am not sure on the Motherboard either, seems like I'm paying a lot for features I dont care about like wi fi and the remote and the raid stuff, I dont care about it. I only picked the mobo because the mags says its good. Can you recommend one that I can get the same performace out of with out the bells and whistles I dont care about? Remember, Id like it to be Overclocking friendly though.
