Roaming Profiles

Is there a way to synchronise the raoming profiles folder
across multiple servers, so that when a user with a
roaming profile goes to another part of the WAN that can
use a local copy of the roaming profile rather thatn
downloading across the slower wan link?

any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
