At load it's running at 84C load, 70C at idle, the fan doesn't seem to be pushing too much air.

I recently got some weird green lines going across the screen in Oblivion just now, this has never happened before, not sure if it was the game or the card artifacting.

At these temperatures it should be running fine, I've seen cards run fine at around 90-100C without artifacting, though that's not exactly good for the card.

Update: I am unable to replicate the problem in Oblivion, so I dunno if it was just a random occurance because of the forced AA, I'm not sure.

Glad to see you no longer have the greeen lines, in reference to the temps, they are a within the normal range.

The temps at idle and load are about right.

What you can do is adjust your fan speeds. So that it lowers your gpu temps. Use Rivatuner to adjust your fan speed it will also let you apply fan settings at windows startup. I have my two 8800gtx's at idle 46c and load 57c (your temps may be different).
