Need help OCing P4

hey,

before i oc my new system, which i bought thanks to all of you guys

i would like to oc my old P4 and see for myself how it really is (since i know JACK about OCing and the one and only time when i did try.. it wasnt successful and wasnt a pretty site, carpet would have almost set on fire ).. and this would give me some practice on oCing my new e6400 system(which hopefully u guys could help me with after oCing the P4)

i took some screenshots of the info using the cpu-z(latest version)..
so guys keep in mind im a newbie, most probably wouldnt understand any terms you guys would use, and wouldnt know where to change the settings and what programs or utilities to use.. so take it easy on me .. n help me step by step.. thanks ..i really appriciate this

Search the forums for a Core 2 Duo overclocking guide. Someone wrote one somewhere (yes im being ignorant forggeting who wrote it )
