Which CPU to buy?

I need a little help. Looking at a C2Duo CPU. I dont want to overclock to far. Cant decide between E4300 and E6300. Both are in my price range. Also is this MB a good overclocker? Mach Speed P4M9MP. Or should I just go for the ASUS P5B Deluxe? Any help would be appreciated.

i never heard of the Mach Speed P4M9MP, the asus board is much better. how much you looking to spend on the mobo, their might be better ones out the in your price range. theres a big price difference between the two you listed. anandtech did a review on the 4300, looks pretty good link
