PSU Software Monitoring

Is there a software that will monitor a PSU? I'm pushing my 400W PSU and I want to make sure that the instability that I'm experiencing isn't due to the power supply.

Gigabyte 965P-DS3 rev2 Motherboard
Asus EAS1950Pro 256MB Video Card
2GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800 RAM
400GB SATA Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 Hard Drive
DVD-R/W Drive

That's it. I don't have any PCI cards. I'm using the integrated network and sound on the mobo.
