I am trying to apply GP on Internet Explorer Tools/Internet
tools/Security/Customs Level/Users Authentication/Logon
I could not find any templates.
Does any way exist?

Hey Peter,
You can look under the IE Maitnenance/Security/Security Zones and Content
Ratings... There are no templates for this one or to the best of my
knowledge registry mods to perform this.
Our Internet Settings CSE (client side extension) has this capability as
well without the need to load your local configuration prior to deployment
of the setting and gives much more granular control of who receives the
setting. Take a look if interested in the differences

This is also supported in the new IE templates in XP, SP 2--if you've
deployed that yet. For example, for the Internet Zone this can be set under
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet
Explorer\Internet Control Panel\Security Page\Internet Zone\Logon options
