Hi all. I'm building for the first time and wanted to get some feedback. I'm looking into an Antec 900 vs. thermaltake armor case. Opinions on which is better?

Nine Hundred is cramped and gets messy. Be aware.

Its only messy if your lazy with your cables. This thread will give you two opinions, both polar opposites, there is another thread here that you may find very useful: http://forumz.tomshardware.com/hardware/Antec-Hundred-Antec-P180-ftopict215591.html

Some say its hard to work with, some say they have no problems. In any case, what is agreed on is that its a bloody good case for keeping your components cool. What its not so good at is being silent (though its nowhere near noisy). At the end of the day, look at the the reviews for the 900, all very good indeed and is generally very favourably priced, if you like it, I would thoroughly recommend you buy it.

I got the Antec 900 because I didn't need/want a huge full tower case. I would recommend the Thermaltake Armor, it's spacious, easy to work with good cooling from what I've heard.

That Armors huge and pricey, antec's pretty good. I think the 900 probably better since it has like 5 fans, 2 intakes and 3 exhaust. But if your going water cooled then Armors made for that. :D

The Armor has plenty of room to move around/situate cables and such in, and runs cooler with fewer fans.

Kinda boils down to a space issue. if you are tight on space, the 900 might be your boy, if you have some room, the Armor will be a ggod fit!
