I uninstalled my old nvidia drivers for the placeholding geforce 3 that helped out after my 9700pro burnt out. After installing the x1650pro in the agp slot, boot up is normal.
When it would normally show the desktop it switches to input not supported! This is on my 19" acer lcd.
I tried on an OLD CRT and the power light flashed indicating no signal or unsupported res i think.
I tried using hot keys to change res and refresh...
start menu-c (control panel) d x2 (display) shift-tab + right arrows alt s. left arrows.. alt a to apply.. nothing.. same with refresh.
Any ideas?
It does the same with the geforce now too!

I'll show a pic of my mod when it gets working! extra incentive hehe..

Thanks!

Could be a corruption, or possibly you damaged the mobo. I would try re-installing the OS. Or first try repairing it with the OS CD.

What are your specifications and what is your power supply?

Is your monitor set to Analogue or Digital input? Which cable are you using?
