The nice thing about some of the 7600GS boards is the fanless heatsink.
I just bought a Foxconn 7600GS and am happy with it.
For about the same $$$ you can get an EVGA 7600GT with a fan. For gaming this can be a worthwhile difference if noise is not an issue. Chips are the same but clocked 30% higher.

Most cards come with one or two DVI-to-VGA adapters.
