Computer beeping

Hi, I have a amd64 2800 system, And when i restart it beeps 1 long then highlow continuous.

The system is a AMD64 2800 with Abit KV-80, mobo, 1 gig ram, 128 geforce 5200, 160gig harddrive.

I can reset the psu switch and it works fine, but with a reset or restart by itself its a no go.

Tried all components on another motherboard and works fine.

If anyone could please help me regarding this it would be great thanks.

Thank you for the response, So I could possibly try to remove geforce agp card and use onboard video? And if has the same problem it will be the motherboard correct? thanks
