I have ran the same sysem with amd and Intel mainly for the 05 3dmark score for the cpu. The graphics benched slower by a couple of hundred points. However on the CPU bench portion of the test went from 0-1 fps ave and a score of 5100 under XP Pro, under Vista same test and settings pc score was 10001 and about 6-7 fps with no overclocking. Just an interesting observation that maybe vista really does do a better job at utilizing dual core and more. their scores were consistent across the board.
It will be only a matter of time until the have drivers that truly optimized for Vista.
