I got the barebones one (no fan or thermal grease) for 170+tax (7.75% in Cali.). The total price came out to about $183. I thought about just paying the extra few bucks at Newegg and getting the whole shabang, but I already had a heatsink and some Arctic Silver. If I have any isues with it, I can just take it back to the store, which takes the shipping/RMA stress out of the picture. Oh, by the way, one of the cats at Fry's said that they have had it for a while now . I'm not sure what "a while" means to them, but it looks like many places had it available before the supposed 1/21 release date. The sales-idiots there had not even heard of it ("E6300?" "No! E4300 sucka!!!"), and it wasn't on the sales floor, so who knows how long it has actually been in stock.
